Refund policy

WE OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT.

If you'd like to initiate a return, kindly send an email to info@sullithelabel.com, including your order number and the names of the items you intend to return. Once we receive your return, we will promptly process either a store credit. For a secure and reliable return experience, we highly recommend using trackable mail to send your parcel back to us. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for returns that might be lost in transit.

Please read the following requirements to ensure that your return is eligible for approval.

1. Timeframe: Your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Undergarments: When trying on all items, undergarments must be worn. We prioritize the hygiene and well-being of our customers, and this policy ensures the cleanliness of our products.

3. Condition: Your item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with the hygiene seal still intact. We cannot accept returns if these conditions are not met.

4. Sale Items: Please note that sale items, including orders with a discount applied, are not eligible for returns.

5. Return Shipping: All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
