SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will I receive my Sulli The Label swimsuit?

The Team at Sulli The Label aims to swiftly process and dispatch orders placed before 1 p.m. AEDT, provided the item is in stock, on the same business day.

Rates:

Standard: $10

Express: $15

Free express domestic Shipping on orders over $150

For orders within Australia, we entrust Australia Post for delivery.

Standard shipping:  4-7 business days

Express shipping: 1-3 business days

For International Orders, We offer Express Shipping only on all International orders via Australia Post.
Express shipping 3-10 business days

Can I change my order once placed?

Once an order is placed we are unable to make changes. If you need to update address, please contact the courier directly.

How do I return my item?

If you'd like to initiate a return, kindly send an email to info@sullithelabel.com, including your order number and the names of the items you intend to return. Once we receive your return, we will promptly process either a store credit or a refund. For a secure and reliable return experience, we highly recommend using trackable mail to send your parcel back to us. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for returns that might be lost in transit.

What do I do if my item is faulty or there is a missing item?

If you happen to receive a faulty or missing item, we kindly request that you contact us at info@sullithelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please include your order number and a photo of the item in question. Should your item be deemed faulty, we will swiftly send you a replacement. Refunds will be issued only if a replacement for the item is unavailable.

How do I apply a discount code?

If you've been fortunate enough to obtain a discount code, simply enter it during the checkout process. You'll find a designated 'discount code' field beneath the item display on the checkout page.

Please note that, as is common in many stores, you can apply only one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with your account credit. If you attempt to use multiple discount codes together, we will apply the highest discount code to the item and charge your payment method for any remaining balance.

How do I check my order status?

After you've successfully placed your order, you can expect to receive a confirmation email from us. In the event that you don't receive this email, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@sullithelabel.com as there may have been an oversight.

Once your item is shipped, we will promptly provide you with tracking information that you can use to monitor the progress of your package.

How do I care for my Sulli The label swimsuit?

Do:

  • Rinse thoroughly after each use
  • Gently hand wash with cool water
  • Lay flat to dry in the shade

Dont':

  • Avoid using bleach
  • Refrain from ironing or dry cleaning
  • Do not spin or tumble dry
  • Steer clear of rough surfaces
